Prior to conducting a home inspection, Block Home Inspections LLC provides each customer with a copy of our pre-inspection notice and pre-inspection agreement. The pre-inspection notice will clearly define the scope of the inspection, inclusions, exclusions and limitations of the home inspection. The pre-inspection agreement will be a binding agreement between Block Home Inspections LLC and our customers regarding services provided.
